Request proof of:

All insurance - General Liability, USH&L, Jones Act (if applicable), and Vehicle Insurance.

Contractor follows OSHA requirement Part 1910 Subpart T "Commercial Diving Operations"

  • 1910.410   Uses a minimum - Qualified (3) person Dive Team (ask to see dive logs of each diver),  Each member should be certified in First Aid and CPR, as well.

  • 1910.424   Scuba - only on a very limited basis

  • 1910.420   Company should have a "Safe Practices" manual.

  • 1910.421   Pre-Dive Procedures.  Emergency Aid Call Out List, up to date First Aid Supplies.

  • 1910.430   Equipment Maintenance Log - i.e., Air Quality Test, Hat Maintenance Log
